You receive a written proposal with a drawing, planning and a fixed price. We explain which choices have the biggest impact on quality and on budget.
Step 03
Permits and preparation
Permits, structural calculations, building code checks — we handle them. You stay in the loop through a shared project dossier.
Step 04
Execution by our own people
Our own permanent tradespeople do the work. Weekly Monday-morning review on site, no subcontractors working past each other.
Step 05
Handover and aftercare
We hand over on the agreed date, walk the work with you, and address any snags within two weeks. Plus 24 months of aftercare guarantee.
